Aimia are an independent, family owned specialist in the manufacture, sales and marketing of hot and cold drinks in to the UK retail sector. Founded in 1981, our turnover today is in excess of £55m per annum with 10% growth year on year.

We develop, manufacture, market and distribute our own brands, which include Freshers and Café Neuva Coffee, supply private label for UK retailers, together with our portfolio of licensed branded products including Galaxy, Maltesers, Moment Du Chocolat, Mars Hot Chocolate and Weight Watchers lower calorie hot chocolate and speciality coffee.

 

The exclusive licensee relationships we have with Mars on Hot Chocolate has seen Aimia establish a 25% share of the Standard Instant Hot Chocolate market.  This has consistently grown for the last eight years and puts Aimia at No 2 in the Market.

 

Further innovation has seen Aimia enter the lower calorie hot chocolate market with its new licensing relationship with Weight Watchers.  This has seen a fantastic new product launch with Weight Watchers Instant Hot Chocolate product and has already established 1% share in little over 3 months.  This growth is set to continue as Weight Watchers rate of sale grows in the retail channel.

 

Aimia’s more recent innovations now include Coffee and Speciality Coffee.  Branching out based on its hugely successful food beverage heritage, Aimia now offer a range of private label coffee solutions, recently launched a range of Weight Watchers speciality coffee and are quietly developing a fantastic new coffee concept for the retail market.  Watch this space for more information on our coffee concepts.
