With Amour de Chocolat, you can add a little theatre to your coffee-shop business and create an ultra-premium hot chocolate drink...
When using a barista, create a sublime 'coffee-shop' standard chocolate drink with a 'Bain-Marie' chocolate dispenser and top with steamed milk with the steam arm.
With a chocolate bain marie, Amour de Chocolat mixes with water to create a rich chocolate sauce, which when mixed with steamed milk, creates an intensely rich and indulgent hot chocolate drink, simply divine!
Your guide to chocolate heaven...
- Place 1 bag of Amour de Chocolat in a Bain Marie
- Add 1 litre of water
- Turn on and wait for 30 minutes to create a rich chocolate sauce
- Pour 60g of the sauce into a glass cup
- Fill glass with steamed milk, stir and top with frothed milk
Simply top with steamed and frothed milk, or use your imagination...
- Dust with cocoa powder
- Top with whipped cream and chocolate flakes
- Top with whipped cream and marsh-mallows
