Quality control and assurance are firmly at the heart of our business with our quality control team reporting directly to the Managing Director. This allows them to act independently from commercial and operating departments and facilitates communications directly to the most senior level.
 
 
Key Operational Practices
Aimia has full Hazard Analysis (HACCP) plans in place for all company manufacturing and packing processes covering all aspects from receipt of raw materials to despatch of finished goods. All plans conform to CODEX guidelines (the Seven Principles) and are fully audited annually.
 
As part of Aimia Foods quality processed, full information on suppliers operations and capabilities is retained on file and reviewed annually.  As part of this process all deliveries of raw and process materials are all sampled / examined against risk analysis plan and the results documented. (A non conformance register is also held for our records)
