Dessert and pudding flavour inspired drinks are continuing to show up on coffee shop menus, with flavours changing for the season. Think about a Hot Cross Bun Latte, a Fudge Brownie Hot Chocolate or a Gingerbread Frappuccino, the opportunities are endless.
With customers anticipating the change in season for their favourite dessert themed drink to appear on coffee shop menus, there’s no better way to create some noise for your coffee shop than with seasonal or limited-edition drink offerings that will leave your customers hungry for the next one.

Here’s a couple of ideas to get you started…
Peanut Brittle Chocolate Frappe
Ingredients:
Hot Water, Milfresh Caramelised Peanut Hot Chocolate Powder, Milk, Crushed Ice, Whipped Cream, Marshmallows and Caramel Syrup
- Mix together 25g of Milfresh Caramelised Peanut Hot Chocolate Powder and 50ml hot water
- Once mixed, add 150ml of ice-cold milk
- Add crushed ice
- Top with whipped cream, caramel syrup and marshmallows – why not add a slice of peanut brittle as decoration!
Gingerbread Milkshake
Ingredients:
Semi-skimmed milk, Vanilla Shmoo powder, Gingerbread syrup, Caramel sauce, Whipped cream, Gingerbread biscuit
- Add 125ml of semi-skimmed milk and 15ml of Shmoo Vanilla milkshake powder to your blender
- Add in 30ml of Gingerbread syrup and blend for 25-30 seconds
- Grab your glass and pour caramel syrups along the insides
- Pour your milkshake mix into the glass
- Decorate with whipped cream, caramel sauce and add a ginger biscuit for decoration
