Iced coffee has earned its spot on menus as a year-round favourite with consumers getting their iced coffee fix no matter the weather.
Gen-Z and Millennial consumers are the ones driving the surge in iced coffee, with many youngsters choosing to meet up at a coffee shop to socialise over an iced coffee.
Iced coffee is all about creating a moment that can be shared with friends, each enjoying their iced coffee their way. One might love a classic vanilla iced latte whereas another might indulge in a caramelised peanut Frappuccino.
What iced coffee flavours should be on my menu?
There’s always the classic iced coffee flavours that you just can’t go wrong with, think vanilla, caramel and hazelnut. But it’s always good to have some new and exciting flavours on your menu, for 2025 we’ve seen a rise in pistachio, brown sugar and lavender. You can switch up your flavours for the season or introduce some limited time flavours to create some excitement for your customers.
So, with iced coffee sticking around, why not try these on your menu:
Hazelnut Iced Latte
Ingredients:
Hazelnut syrup, Milk, Espresso, Ice
- Add ice and 2-4 tablespoons of hazelnut syrup to your glass
- Pour over your milk of choice, until your glass is approximately ¾ full.
- Top it off with your espresso of choice
- Mix and enjoy!

Iced Lavender Vanilla Latte
Ingredients:
Lavender syrup, Vanilla syrup, Espresso, Milk, Ice
- Add ice and 1-2 tablespoons of each of your syrups to your glass
- Pour over your milk of choice, until your glass is approximately ¾ full.
- Top it off with your espresso of choice
- Mix and enjoy!
